Allandale Wines
This Shiraz is harvested from old vines that are dry-grown on red soils. The grapes were picked fully ripened and hand plunged in open fermenters for 7 days before pressing. With an earthy bouquet and classic Hunter flavours this Shiraz is medium in weight and soft on the finish. Ideally served with pasta and veal. Technical: Alcohol: 13.5%
