Tasting Notes: Creamy with yellow fruit, dried apricot, to which spicy, herbaceous notes mingle. Solid, ripe acidity structure which makes it lively, refreshing with a log finish.

Food Pairings: All kinds of non-grilled seafood, white meat, and white pasta dishes. Complements beautifully with soft mild cheeses. Also recommended as an aperitif. Serve well-chilled.
