Glen Elgin 1991 13 year Speyside Floral with nice malty balance. Sweet, spicy sherry finish.

Dallas Dhu 1980 27 year Speyside Massive amounts of sweet malt that finishes with a touch of smoke.

Bunnahabhain 1978 27 year Islay Sweet sherry and dried raisins complement the peat structure. Long sweet finish.

Brora 1981 24 year Highland Peaty coastal flavor with a great malt balance.

Bowmore 1970 35 year Islay Soft round structure of spice and malt flavor mingled with sea salt air. Smoky finish.

Ben Nevis 1992 16 year Highland Heavy sherry from the “first filled” aging. Massive malt profile with sugared almond and nutmeg finish.

Auchentoshan 1984 24 year Lowland Sweet flowery notes of bourbon barrel aging complement the massive malt profile. Long lingering soft malt finish.
