WINEMAKER’S NOTES This is an excellent example of the Margaret River Shiraz style. It is medium bodied, with very attractive spice and white pepper fruit with fine tannins and an elegant persistent palate. Fine and warm vintage conditions prevailed –- ideal for this variety in the region. TASTING NOTES Colour: Deep crimson red purple. Aroma: Fragrant and lifted aromas of spice and pepper with a hint of fine French oak. Palate: Spicy Shiraz initial flavours leading to a fine textured middle palate with nicely resolved tannins. A persistent finish completes a fine and elegant medium bodied style. Food matching: Weber roasted lamb or beef. Cellaring: Cellar up to three years with confidence. Alcohol: 14.0% Standard drinks: approx 8.3
