Pannotia’s Cabernet Sauvignon is born in the world famous vineyards of Mendoza Region, at elevations of over 3,300 feet. Those high altitude vineyards express not only the more balanced and elegant side of Cabernet Sauvignon, but show a distinct and unique character of light dust and something that reminds many of us of a citrus note. We’ve enhanced its aromatic elements with the pepper and clove of new oak.
