Signatory is one of the few independent bottlers in Scotland able to source rare Scotch whiskies. The malts are all natural. There is no caramel color added to change the presentation of the whiskies.

Signatory Cask Strength Collection

A comprehensive selection of natural strength whiskies, in individually numbered bottles, is available. This selection offers whiskies up to 35 years old, with rare malts being offered in a luxurious gift box with a certificate of authenticity.

Signatory Un-Chillfiltered Collection

Whisky has some natural fats and oils, which can cause the product to become cloudy when mixed with cold water or ice. To prevent the cloudiness, larger distilleries tend to chill and filter their whisky before bottling it to remove the fats and oils. Since these components add to the complexity of a whisky’s aroma and flavor, Signatory uses an “un-chillfiltering” process to preserve the natural flavor of our Scotches. Our “un-chillfiltered” whisky retains much more of the body, flavor and texture in the Scotch whisky.

Signatory 86 Proof Collection

This collection offers a comprehensive range of single malts, up to 20 years old, from each of the distilling areas in Scotland. These whiskies are all bottled at 86 proof, and are offered in color coordinated presentation tins with matching labels, identifying the regions of distillation.

Signatory Regional Single Malts

These malts are an inexpensive range of single malts from the various whisky-producing regions of Scotland. They range from 5 to 8 years old. These products under agreement with the distilleries have no distillery designation. They are all leading brand single malts at attractive prices.
