Chianti Riserva is the result of a careful selection of the best Sangiovese grapes, most suitable for long maturing. The wine is fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to ensure excellent color and supple tannins.
History of Chianti Riserva 2015
The Chianti Riserva grapes hail from the hills surrounding Florence in the zone of Colli Fiorentini, along the valleys of the Arno and Pesa rivers. Here, the vineyard rows are laid out perpendicular at an incline to guarantee maximum sunlight exposure.
