History of Saison Dupont Vieille Provision
Since 1844, this beer has been brewed at the Dupont family’s farm-brewery, during the winter time. During the next summer, this very thirst-quenching beer was served to the “saisoniers” or farm-hands working on the fields. Saison Dupont is considered as “the classic” among the Belgian saison beers. Full-bodied and malty, Saison Dupont Vieille Provision is beloved for its distinct peppery bite and unique flavor derived from Brasserie Dupont’s signature strain of yeast.
