Tasting Notes

With just the right amount of sweetness, intense color, and a well-balanced flavor, SELECT’s harmonious taste is characterized by a unique balance. There are many types of Spritz, some sweeter, some stronger, others unusual, and then there is the true Venetian Spritz, the only one made with SELECT.

Palate: The perfect balance of ingredients; the stimulating and spiced notes on the mouth and the moderate alcohol content are the strong points of this Venetian classic.
Serving Suggestion: A great bitter liqueur for aperitifs – it helps trigger the brain into "eating mode,” preparing the stomach for a meal. Served on the rocks or as an ingredient in cocktails, garnished with an olive.
