A lively sparkling wine, with full and persistent bubbles. A bouquet of fresh and exotic flavors, with hints of citrus. The finish is light, refreshing and crisp.

Vinification: In order to preserve acidity, “early-ripe” but highly aromatic grapes are carefully picked and gently pressed. The juice is left to rest until the limpid part of the must has separated. The process centers on the Charmat method, in which the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to produce its characteristic clean finish.
Food Pairing: Enjoy as an inspiring aperitif, or alongside light contemporary cuisine such as fish, fresh fruit and pastries.

History of Prosecco NV

Grapes for this premium Prosecco Spumante Dry are harvested from the hills of Treviso, just 40 miles north of Venice. The alkaline sandstone soil is rich in micro and macro elements. Due to the warm climate during the year and right temperature range, elegant aromas and good acidity are beautifully preserved in our Tiziano Prosecco.
