Tasting Notes

A brilliant pale gold in the glass, this Gisborne Chardonnay displays a vibrant nose of peach, tropical fruit and citrus complemented with hints of spicy French oak and creamy butterscotch notes. The palate is weighty and richly textured, with flavours of smooth melon and bright stonefruits balanced with subtle creaminess, fine fresh acidity, and a touch of toasty oak. Complex and layered, this is a medium bodied wine with a long, dry finish.
