Thailand's Original Premium Lager

Singha History

First brewed in 1933, Singha is Thailand’s Original Beer. The #1 Imported beer in the USA from Thailand. A 5% smooth premium lager that is versatile for all types of cuisine and The Official Beer of Spicy Food. The secret of Singha’s taste lies in its ingredient sourcing process. Singha brews with Double Saaz hops, a premium European hop with notes of flower and herb and is the only Thai brewer uses only 100% premium barley for a distinctively tasty sip.

The symbols of Singha include the Garuda and The Golden Mystical Lion and can be found on every bottle and can. The Garuda symbol on the bottle’s neck is a symbol of royal approval and a mark of quality goods, granted to Boon Rawd Brewery by King Rama VIII in 1939. Singha remains the only beer brand to display the Royal Garuda and only 6 other Thai companies are allowed to use this icon. Singha’s iconic golden lion was inspired by one of the four great lions in Thai literature, which Thais traditionally believe to be the king of Himmapan Forest. The lion symbolizes strength, leadership, dignity and endurance.
