Our Total Beverage Solution team is starting the count down for our national sales meeting being held in New Zealand, visiting the magnificent country and our esteemed wine supplier Kono. We always look forward to re-connecting with our teammates from across the United States but this experience promises to be special as we learn about the Kono’s family Māori culture and a gain deeper understanding of how the Kono wines are made.
This year our national sales meeting theme ties in with the indigenous Māori language. Our theme is “Tupu,” which means to grow, to increase, to prosper and develop. Building off of our fifteen year record of growth, we chose this topic as TBS begins a fresh new year, with new opportunities, goals and rich experiences to come.
Having the chance to dive into the spirit of the Māori culture and the grounds of the Kono brand, we look forward to emerging with a full and rich understanding of all that makes Kono extraordinary in so many ways.
Kono is a family owned, Māori winery located on the south island of New Zealand. Although we only import their wine, they also provide New Zealand with seafood, fruit and natural fruit bars. Make sure you follow us Instagram and Facebook as we journey through some of the south island. Kia Ora!
